Stucco Finishes

Light Texture

Light Texture is the preferred and most budget conscious texture selected by most builders seen in communities across Florida. Light texture can be seen in communities we stucco in FL. Griffin Stucco has proudly done stucco work for Moss & Associates, Balfour Beatty, Kast Construction, Prime Group, Lennar Homes, Coastal Construction, GHO Homes, Minto Communities, and many other national and local home builders.

Light Double Texture

Light Double Texture gives a home uniformity and is more non-directional than standard light texture. This texture is slightly more in cost than standard light texture, but is within the budget of those who are looking to give their home a more upscale look.

Old World Texture

Old World Texture gives an old world charm to European inspired homes. Originally used to simulate the texture on Mediterranean style homes built in Palm Beach, Old World texture is now found in many communities. Old World texture can be seen in many variations from a soft floated texture to a heavier variation with more character.

Sand Float Finish

Sand Float Finish is used on Key West and Bermuda style homes to Modern and Classical style homes. Most bands and moldings are finished in a sand float finish. Griffin Stucco only use the highest quality sand from Central Florida to insure a consistent and beautiful sand float finish.
